Brenda Bonasera

Brenda grew up in Buffalo, New York, where winters build character, snow shovels double as gym equipment, and neighbors feel like extended family. After college, she moved south to Richmond, Virginia, where she spent 18 years building both a career and a family.

In Richmond, Brenda co-owned one of the nation’s largest remodeling companies, specializing in exterior transformations—from windows and siding to doors and beyond. With a Class A contractor’s license and a keen eye for design, she became an expert at turning houses into homes people could be proud of. Along the way, she discovered her true strength: connecting with people, solving problems, and making stressful projects feel manageable—and even enjoyable.

Eventually, the coastal lifestyle called, and Brenda relocated to St. Augustine Beach. Today, she combines her love of home design with her passion for real estate, helping clients buy and sell homes with honesty, humor, and heart. Whether guiding first-time buyers or seasoned sellers, she is dedicated to making the process as smooth and rewarding as possible.

Outside of work, Brenda enjoys soaking up the salt air with her three children, her partner Doug, and their Frenchie, Kona. For her, life is about family, sunshine, and creating spaces—both at home and through her work—where lasting memories are made.cr
