Growing up in Bellevue, Nebraska, Dale graduated from Bellevue East Senior High School before serving four years in the United States Marine Corps, where he learned the values of discipline and commitment.

After his military service, Dale settled in York, Pennsylvania, where he built a successful 25-year career in the construction industry, ultimately advancing to a management position. This extensive experience provided him with a solid foundation in leadership and negotiation, skills he now applies to the real estate market.

Relocating to Jacksonville, Florida, Dale combined his love for helping others with his expertise in real estate. As a licensed professional, he prides himself on offering honest advice, clear communication, and unwavering dedication to his clients' goals. Dale recognizes that real estate transactions are more than just business—they’re major life events.
