Holly Bousquet is a proud mom, beach enthusiast, and lifelong learner who brings energy and purpose to everything she does. Originally from Western Massachusetts, she has lived in several different states, each experience teaching her something new about people, lifestyle, and what home truly means.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Holly worked in healthcare, where she developed the ability to manage stressful situations with focus and empathy—skills she continues to draw on when supporting her clients. She values honesty, attention to detail, and treating people with the same respect and care she expects for herself. Whether assisting first-time buyers or seasoned investors, Holly consistently shows up with integrity and commitment.

Her passion for real estate was sparked after purchasing her own home. The support and professionalism she received from her agent and lender left a lasting impression, inspiring her to earn her license in 2019. Since then, she has bought and sold multiple properties of her own, successfully managed an income-producing rental, and guided numerous families through the buying and selling process. To further serve her clients, Holly also obtained her Mortgage Loan Originator license, giving her the ability to provide valuable insight on mortgage products and financing options.
