Madison Ward has lived in Saint Augustine for over 20 years, where she grew up surrounded by the charm and growth of one of Florida’s most historic cities. She developed a passion for business and community connection early in life. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing in just three years in August 2024, Madison gained hands-on experience working for a title company for two years as a processing assistant and in marketing and business development. Her background blends strategic thinking with attention to detail, and she values integrity, communication, and helping others achieve their goals.

 

She also previously worked with a brokerage in Boca Raton, giving her a broader perspective on Florida’s real estate markets. Madison was drawn to real estate by her desire to combine her marketing skills with her love of helping people during one of the most important decisions of their lives.

 

Earning her real estate license in February 2025, she specializes in residential properties and is passionate about making the process smooth, informed, and exciting for her clients. For Madison, real estate is not just about buying or selling—it’s about building lasting relationships and being a trusted guide through a major life milestone.
