Marlon Cooper

Marlon was born in Huntington, West Virginia, and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. In his spare time, he likes to fish, golf, and spend time with his family.

 

After high school, he attended college for a year before joining the Army. Marlon was a combat medic in the Army for 18 years with multiple overseas assignments and tours. While in the military, he completed his B.S. in Criminal Justice and Psychology. During his time in the military, Marlon learned the importance of being dependable and accountable to others and seeing a task through to the end, and being a dependable team member. Upon leaving the military and moving to Florida, he completed receiving his Florida real estate license, although he spent the next three years working for Florida’s Department of Children and Families as a Child protective investigator. After three years of social service, Marlon went back into real estate.

 

He has a passion for helping others negative through the home buying and selling process in hopes of finding a dream home. Watching the joy of a family purchasing a new home and or witnessing the stress relief a client goes through when the sale of a home is complete, gives him a sense of satisfaction. Understanding that working hard to provide the client with a satisfactory outcome is paramount for all parties.

 

He is eager to get to know you and your family, learn about your home buy/selling desires. So that he can get out in the community and help find you the home you deserve.
