Tawny Kincaid

Tawny grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah, and made the move to St. Augustine, Florida, in the summer of 2020 to soak up the sunshine, sandy beaches, and rich history of Northeast Florida. Her passions include fishing, boating, or adventuring through Universal Studios with her family.

In 2006, Tawny moved to Boise, Idaho, where she and her husband Kris got married and bought their first home. They returned to Salt Lake City in 2008 to raise their two kids, spending their free time camping and riding 4-wheelers in the desert, boating at the lakes, and snowboarding in the mountains while making the most of every season.

Tawny’s passion for real estate was sparked early on. She bought her first home at just 18, which gave her a deep appreciation for what it takes to navigate the home-buying process with confidence. Today, she brings that same understanding to her clients — especially families and newcomers to the area. She believes real estate should feel personal, not transactional, and she works closely with trusted lenders, inspectors, and other industry professionals to make the entire experience smooth and rewarding from start to finish.
